Gas is completely safe when it's installed and maintained by the right people — and genuinely dangerous when it isn't. By law, anyone working on gas appliances and pipework in the UK must be on the Gas Safe Register. Every gas job we carry out is completed by a registered engineer, and we're always happy to show our ID and registration number before we start.
From connecting a new gas cooker to issuing a landlord gas safety certificate or tracing a suspected leak, we cover the full range of domestic and light commercial gas work across Essex, London, Kent and Suffolk.

Landlords: stay legal and safe
If you let a property, you're legally required to have every gas appliance and flue checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and to provide tenants with a copy of the certificate. We make this simple — flexible appointments, prompt certificates, and reminders so you never miss a renewal.
We work with private landlords, letting agents and property managers across the region, and we can look after single properties or whole portfolios.
Worried about a gas leak?
If you smell gas, don't turn anything electrical on or off, open the windows, turn off the gas at the meter if you can, and leave the property. Call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999, then call us to make the repair once it's safe.
Suspected gas leak or a carbon monoxide alarm going off? Treat it as an emergency. Ventilate, get everyone out, and call the emergency gas line first — then call us.
